• You may include a digital photo in your listing, as an option.
• The more specific and focused your information is presented, the higher likelihood of a quality match, with less effort for you
• If you wish to anonymously list your position, please enter a representative who can field your calls relating to the position. The DentalPOND will not be responsible for direct communication with potential candidates.

What to expect after entering the required information:

• Your information will go directly to our resource headquarters to be reviewed for completeness.
• Once your data and contact information are confirmed by our service specialist, we will e-mail you with the date your listing becomes active, generally by the end of the next business day.
• Your credit card will not be charged until the first “live” date of your listing.
• Your listing will be active for 4 months with a single listing fee of $339 (this fee is waived for your listing).
• We will contact you 2 weeks prior to your listing expiration. Your listing will be automatically extended for 4 months, with a renewal fee of $139 (this fee is waived for your listing). If you want to discontinue your listing, simply reply stating so, either by phone or conveniently with email

Integrity of Information

• Immediately notify the DentalPOND, upon securing a position to help ensure efficiency of information for you use and future candidates.
• If any information provided is found to be untrue, or intentionally misleading, we will immediately discontinue the listing, disallow future listing, and if appropriate, pursue other legal and professional recourses or remedies.
