• We adhere to strict security and confidentiality guidelines.
• Have your previous year end Financial Statement or Tax Return ready for ease of data entry.

• If you wish to list your practice anonymously:
• Enter your representative's contact information where noted.
• or utilize DentalPOND's proprietary Anonymous Email Address Service

The DentalPOND will not be responsible for direct communication with potential candidates.

What to expect after entering your data, and clicking “List Your Practice”:

• Your information will go directly to our resource headquarters to be personally reviewed by one of our service specialists.
• Once your practice data and contact information are confirmed by our service specialist, we e-mail you with the date your listing becomes active. Generally by the end of the next business day.
• Your credit card will not be charged until the first “live” date of your listing.
• Your listing will be active for 4 months with a single listing fee of $399 (this fee is waived for your listing) .
• We will contact you 2 weeks prior to your listing expiration. Your listing will be automatically extended for 4 months, with a renewal fee of $199 (this fee is waived for your listing) . If you want to discontinue your listing, simply reply stating so, either by phone or conveniently with email.

Integrity of Information:

• Immediately notify the DentalPOND, upon the sale of your practice to help ensure efficiency of information for your use and future candidates.
• If any information provided by the lister is found to be untrue, or intentionally misleading, we will immediately discontinue the listing, disallow future listing, and if appropriate, pursue other legal and professional recourses or remedies.
